The Ministry of Defense vendor portal

The portal lets Ministry of Defense vendors receive orders and send electronic invoices to the Ministry of Defense easily, efficiently and quickly, and replaces sending the original invoice on paper.

Under Ministry of Defense guidelines, using the portal is mandatory, and the cost of using it is subsidized by the Ministry of Defense.
This subsidy lets you send up to 24 invoices a year in the Kadam portal only (not Merkat). If you want to send more invoices, please contact our sales department.

To register for the Ministry of Defense vendor portal, complete 3 steps:

1. Choose Segment as your operator on the Ministry of Defense siteClick here to visit the Ministry of Defense e-commerce site.
   Log in with your username and password and choose Segment as your Ministry of Defense operator.

2. Register your company and users with SegmentYour information matters to us, and its security even more.
   So that we can let you view your information and issue you a username and password,
   please fill in your company details in the form on the right.
3. Sign the connection agreementShortly after, you'll receive an email with a document to sign digitally, including clear instructions.
   In the document you can review the terms of use and connection of the vendor portal, and sign it digitally, with no need to print or scan.
   Once it's signed, we'll complete your account setup and send you your login details for the portal.
