Meet the face of Segment

MBA and BA in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in customer management in Technological, Pharmaceutical, and Financial fields, both in Israel and abroad. Iris's achievements at Segment assure that the needs of the thousands of system users will be provided with a qualitative reply and personal attention. On a personal note: Iris is married to Stav and an excellent mother of four children. She is a marathoner who is addicted to sports, especially competitive running and Pilates. In addition, she is an active volunteer in the culture department of the Kfar Saba municipality.

Onn holds a B.Sc degree in Physics from Tel Aviv University. In his role, Onn manages the full lifecycle of the company's B2B projects, ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met while maintaining Segment's high standards for quality. Onn is also responsible for driving innovation in the company's primary products and streamlining workflow processes to enhance user experience, improve product maintenance efficiency, and increase overall system agility On a personal note: In his free time, Onn enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, as well as exploring his passion for all things related to space.
Onn also has a love for movies and has set a personal goal to watch every film ever made.
In addition, Onn has a fascination with riddles and puzzles, often becoming obsessed with solving them.

Introducing Evgeniy, a highly experienced Senior Head of R&D for B2B Apps at Segment.
Evgeniy holds a Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Sumy State University and is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the latest technological trends and advancements.
With over 15 years of experience in software engineering, Evgeniy leads a team of developers to create cutting-edge software solutions.
On a personal note: Evgeniy father’s Gabriel and Daniel married with Alena.
During his leisure time, Evgeniy finds enjoyment in playing the guitar and composing songs

Bachelor of Behavioral Sciences and M. Sc. in Management with specialization in Organizational Science. Joined Segment in 2003. Currently deals with sales management and marketing of all types of Segment products, and therefore is familiar with the technical and operational aspects of the various company systems. Takes care of hundreds of customers, deals with the advancement of projects and works opposite key figures in chain stores and retail companies, and works in harmony and cooperation with the people around her.
On a personal note: Gets up every morning with a smile on her face, spends free hours at the gym, and loves cooking new recipes for her family. Energetic, restless, and addicted to extreme activities such as freefalling, rope parks, and rollercoasters.

Rani holds a BA degree in Computer Science from Open University and has gained extensive experience in developing Pooling Manager control and Assets Management applications.
With a strong background in IoT device management at scale, Rani possesses extensive knowledge in managing IoT devices at scale, having successfully designed and implemented data pipelines and advanced business logic to support large-scale IoT solutions, including geolocation tracking.
Currently, Rani leads the Segment Data team and is responsible for the 24/7 NOC services related to Segment supply chain pipelines. With an eye for detail and a deep understanding of the latest technological developments, Rani has been able to streamline operations and improve efficiency across all segments.
On a personal note: Rani is married to Gali and devoted family man and proud father of four. During his leisure time, Rani is a passionate soccer fan and enjoys attending games, especially to support Hapoel Tel Aviv. He also loves to go on trips with his family and can often be found exploring new destinations on his bike.

BA in Economics and Political Science and MA in Economics. Miki brings along more than 40 years of experience in Information Systems and engineering project management. For more than a decade now he has been leading Segment's outsourcing activity, by providing advanced technical solutions for customers and projects with special requirements. On a personal note: A proud grandfather of 7 grandchildren, addicted to traveling the world, a sports fan who never misses a football game of "Hapo'el Kefar Sava".
