Carmel Winery and its vinedressers are using Segment’s platform throughout the whole year for full digital management of their supply chain processes. As the grape harvest period getting closer, the platform steps up and starts working overtime in several ways:

It functions as a centralized digital platform for all communication between Carmel Winery and its winemakers.

The platform manages the vinedressers testing processes and updates online parameters and information about the vineyards being tested, such as: insecticides amount, defects, color, PH, acidity, and provides full processes transparency. In addition, the entire grape harvest process is organized and timed according to the vineyard data.

This is an end-to-end data integration platform.

In addition, the entire financial process is managed and organized in one place – payments, receipt, invoice validation which enables automatic calculation of payments based on the automatic ratings, with minimal human reliance.
